Add item to all warehouse_quantities warehouses

Versus the manual addition, perhaps an option similar to the adding of GL codes to warehouse_division_prices (if using a dummy SKU).

I've looked into the programming to add this into VS. I'm out of the office for the next several weeks. When I get back into town, I'll add the feature.
